Merkt, Inc. Return Policy
Thank you for your business.
This Return Policy governs the relationship with all purchasers and users of goods offered for sale by Merkt, Inc. ("Products"). By purchasing or using any Products, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. Products may be returned according to our Limited Warranty or in our discretion for Products that do not involve a warranty claim.

Products made specifically for you (including special colors) or modified by you cannot be returned to MEI and are excluded from this Return Policy.
In order to receive a refund of your purchase price or a credit to use for other purchases from MEI in exchange for a returned Product, you must meet the following requirements:
- All claims must be made by e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days after delivery of the Product to you (your tracking number will reflect date of delivery).
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from MEI’s Customer Service Department.
- You must return the Product to MEI at your cost including insurance with all parts and accessories that came with the Product. The Product must be undamaged and able to be sold again as new.
All refunds or credits for a Product not involving a warranty claim are reduced by a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price of such Product. Products which cannot be resold by MEI are not able to be returned for any refund or credit by you.
If you receive a Product in damaged condition, you must take the following actions to receive a replacement Product:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to report the damage within three days after delivery of the Product to you.
- Please take a picture of the damaged packaging and Product and email the picture to email@example.com.
- Please place the Product back in the original packaging the way you received it.
Upon verification and acceptance of your claim, MEI will send a replacement Product to you. In the event a replacement Product is unavailable, MEI may offer a substitute Product acceptable to you or may offer you a refund or credit of the purchase price paid for the damaged Product.
The provisions of the Terms and Conditions found [here] and the Limited Warranty found [here] are hereby incorporated in this Return Policy and made an integral part hereof as if they were fully set forth herein.
